Downtown Orlando actually have few people on the plan. Here comes my little insider tip. A fine wine bar in the heart of Orlando.

Orlando

Discover the Many Sides of Orlando Beyond Its World-Famous Theme Parks

When it comes to Orlando, theme parks undoubtedly come to mind first. However, this central Florida city has much more to offer beyond Walt Disney World® and Universal Studios. From world-class museums to serene lakeside parks and fantastic shopping, there are endless opportunities to explore and enjoy.

One must-visit destination in Orlando is the Morse Museum in Winter Park. Here, you can marvel at the stunning glass artwork of Louis Comfort Tiffany, the famous creator of Tiffany lamps and founder of Tiffany & Co. The museum boasts the largest collection of Tiffany glass in the world, making it a truly unique and unforgettable experience.

Another hidden gem of Orlando is Lake Eola Park. Located in the heart of the city, this park features a serene lake where you can rent a boat and glide across the water, taking in the picturesque views of the skyline. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind amidst the bustling city.

And when it comes to shopping, Orlando has something for everyone. You can indulge in luxury shopping at premium outlets featuring designer brands like Gucci, Versace, and Prada. For those who prefer more affordable shopping, there are options like Nike, Puma, Marshalls, Ross, and TK Maxx. No matter what your style or budget, Orlando has it all.

So the next time you visit Orlando, make sure to take some time to explore beyond the theme parks. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the many sides of this vibrant city that often go unnoticed. Don’t miss out on the chance to experience the culture, nature, and shopping that make Orlando a truly unique and unforgettable destination.

Wine Bar – Eola Wine Company

A Wine Bar specializes in wine. Fine, selected wines ideally combined with small, tasty snacks.

Eola Wine Company was founded in 2001 with the goal of bringing new and interesting wines, charcuterie and cheeses to Downtown Orlando. Paul Emery is the owner of the bar. He and his wife purchased the bar from the original owner in February 2020. Not necessarily the best timing when you think about Corona and lockdowns.

However, they managed to get through those tough times and the place is doing really well now, thanks to the mix of local and out-of-town customers.

Paul has lived in Orlando his whole life. For him, it has been especially important to show that there is more to Orlando than just theme parks.

Why this Wine Bar, Paul?

He explained it in simple terms like this:

“We want to make wine accessible and try to find small boutique wineries and winemakers that are less known and less expensive, but still taste great. We enjoy introducing our customers to new grape varieties, new regions, or new styles of wine that you don’t find in every restaurant or wine cellar.”

Conclusion:

From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel the love and passion that the owners pour into this cozy spot.

The selection of wines is carefully curated, and you can tell that each bottle has been chosen with care and thoughtfulness. Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or just looking to try something new, you’re sure to find something to love here.

And when it comes to the food, the dishes are just as carefully chosen and prepared as the wines. From small bites to hearty entrees, each dish is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and a focus on flavor.

But what really sets this wine bar apart is the owner’s dedication to telling the stories behind each wine. You’ll learn about the history, the terroir, and the unique characteristics that make each bottle special. It’s a truly immersive experience that will leave you feeling like you’ve traveled the world through your glass.

So why not add this wine bar to your list of must-visit spots in Orlando? It’s a true insider tip that you won’t want to miss. Come for the wine, stay for the stories, and leave with a deeper appreciation for the art of winemaking.
